To ensure your underwear last as long as possible, please wash as instructed below: ir dry.
1. Rinse by hand with cold water
Rinse your underwear by hand in cold water immediately after wearing; this makes it easy to remove blood and protects the fibers.
2. Machine wash at up to 40°C
Wash your period underwear with your regular detergent at a maximum of 40 °C. This temperature cleans thoroughly without damaging the absorbent membrane, so your panties remain absorbent longer. For long-term absorbency, we recommend avoiding fabric softener.
Tip: Occasionally add some hygiene detergent to maintain freshness.
3. Hang and air dry
Please do not put in the dryer. Heat can deform the material and impair the protective layer. Simply let the panties air dry.
4. Reuse and protect the environment
With every wear, you do good not only for yourself but also for the environment, as you replace hundreds of disposable products with a sustainable, reusable alternative.

Our panties are so absorbent because they are all equipped with intelligent multi-layer technology. The top layer quickly channels liquid away, the middle layer securely binds it, and the outer layer is the barrier that protects you from leaks. Durable, comfortable, and safe. And all this without any disposable products. You simply wear your period underwear like regular underwear for up to 12 hours. After that, rinse them with cold water and you can wash them normally in the washing machine at 40°C. If you avoid fabric softener and always let them air dry, they last 2-3 years, depending on how often you use them during your period.

In most cases, no. Our panties offer, depending on the model, up to 12 hours of protection. In case of very heavy bleeding or if you are trying period underwear for the first time and still feel unsure, an additional backup (e.g., a menstrual cup or tampon) can be helpful.
We recommend changing the dais underwear once or twice a day. For example, before going to bed and in the morning. If you have a heavy menstrual flow, you may need to change it during the day as well. You can tell when to change it by the outer layer feeling damp, as the underwear can no longer absorb any liquid.
Of course, it depends entirely on the strength and duration of your period. For starters, we recommend 3–5 panties. This way, you can wash them immediately after wearing and still have a fresh panty ready. If you feel comfortable with period underwear, you can increase the number as you like and save yourself a few wash cycles.
No. Our panties are breathable and only as thick as a panty liner. The moisture is immediately directed inside with the multi-layer technology, so the cotton in the intimate area always feels nice and dry and fresh, just like regular underwear.
Yes! The materials are breathable and if you wash them regularly and let them dry completely in the air, they remain hygienic, clean, and odor-free. However, if you feel better doing so, you can of course add some hygiene detergent when washing.
