Terms of Service (English Translation)

General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop between

and consumers.

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded as soon as we ship the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All stated prices are final prices in Euros (€) and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product prices. These are shown separately during the order process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by you.

Delivery times are stated in the online shop and begin upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Unless an expressly binding delivery date has been agreed, our delivery dates and delivery periods are non-binding indications only.

5. Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

•       Shopify Payments

•       PayPal

•       Klarna

Charging takes place either immediately or in accordance with the terms of the respective payment provider, depending on the payment method selected.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Details on the right of withdrawal, in particular regarding exclusions for hygiene products (e.g. underwear and period underwear), can be found in our Withdrawal and Refund Policy.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if such diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Voluntary Return Policy

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary return option of 45 days from receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are:

•       unworn and unused

•       in their original condition

•       with the hygiene seal intact

This voluntary service does not limit your statutory rights.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In the event of defects, you are entitled to subsequent performance (rectification or replacement delivery). If this fails, you may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health, for claims under the Product Liability Act, and in the event of a statutory guarantee.

In cases of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which you as a customer may regularly rely, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

11. Product Presentation

Images and descriptions are for illustration purposes and may slightly deviate from the goods delivered, to the extent that this is reasonable.

12. Contract Language & Storage

The contract language is German.

The contract text is stored by us, but is not permanently accessible to customers.

13. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer resides remain unaffected.

14. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
