Teen Starter Guide
Teen Slip and Teen Shorty look like normal underwear but have several thin, absorbent layers integrated. They reliably absorb menstrual fluid and keep the surface dry. No insertion, no sticking, just put them on as usual.
The teen models are available in sizes 146 to 164. They are based on height, not classic clothing sizes, so the correct size can be easily determined based on current body height.
After wearing, rinse briefly with cold water until the water runs clear, then wash with your laundry at 30 to 40 degrees. No fabric softener, ideally air dry. This way, with proper care, they will remain usable for a long time.
The models are worn alone and are a complete alternative to tampons and pads. This is particularly pleasant for beginners, as nothing has to be inserted.
In case of very heavy bleeding or if you still feel unsure, an additional backup (e.g. a menstrual cup or tampon) can be helpful.
Both models protect for up to 12 hours. On heavier period days, one change is made during the day; on lighter days, one model is often sufficient. You'll notice it when the surface no longer feels dry.
That, of course, depends entirely on the strength and duration of your period. To start, we recommend 3-5 pairs of briefs. This way you can wash them directly after wearing them and still have a fresh pair ready. If you feel comfortable with period underwear, you can stock up as you wish and save yourself a few washes.
No. Our panties are breathable and only as thick as a panty liner. The multi-layer technology immediately wicks moisture to the inside, so the cotton in the intimate area always feels nice and dry and fresh, just like regular underwear.
Yes! The materials are breathable and if you wash them regularly and let them air dry completely, they will remain hygienic, clean, and odor-free. However, if you feel more comfortable, you can, of course, add some laundry sanitizer when washing them.
Yes. Both models can be worn before the first period. This is exactly what they are designed for: to be prepared if a period comes unexpectedly, for example, at school.
