Please try it on over your regular underwear so you can easily return it if the size doesn't fit.

We completely understand – sometimes you just change your mind!
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can gladly cancel it for you.

If it is already on its way and doesn't fit, you can easily return it for free within 45 days or exchange it for another model.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Starting from 01.10.2025, we will increase the price of our period underwear by €5.
This adjustment helps us to continue producing high-quality, durable, and sustainable products, paying fair wages without compromising on quality.

We know that price changes are never popular, but this step is important to continue developing dais in the long term as we believe in it.

Orders placed on weekdays by 12:00 PM (CEST) are usually shipped the same day.

After your package has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking information. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of a return.

To return an item, simply send us an email at info@dais-group.com with your order details and we will send you a free return label. We will refund your items once we receive them and have confirmed that they are in perfect condition.

A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please first return the item you do not wish to keep and then place a new order for the desired size or color. This way, we can ensure that your preferred item is available and delivered quickly.

Unworn and unwashed underwear can be returned within 45 days for a full refund – just send us an email with your order details to info@dais-group.com and we will send you a free return label.

If you have already tried a pair and are not completely satisfied, you can still receive a partial refund. Please also contact info@dais-group.com for this.

Our period underwear is equipped with an intelligent multi-layer technology that reliably protects you in everything you do, without any disposable products. And it is only 1.5mm thick.

To ensure your panties accompany you reliably for a long time, proper care is very simple:

1. Rinse by hand with cold water

Rinse your underwear by hand in cold water immediately after wearing; this makes it easy to remove blood and protects the fibers.

2. Machine wash at up to 40°

Wash your period underwear with your regular detergent at a maximum of 40 °C. This temperature cleans thoroughly without damaging the absorbent membrane, so your panties remain absorbent longer. For long-term absorbency, we recommend avoiding fabric softener.

Tip: Occasionally add some hygiene detergent to maintain freshness.

3. Hang and air dry

Please do not put them in the dryer. Heat can deform the material and impair the protective layer. Simply let the panties dry in the air.

4. Reuse and protect the environment

With every wear, you do good not only for yourself but also for the environment, as you replace hundreds of disposable products with a sustainable, reusable alternative.

Note: Before first use, you should wash your panty once.

We recommend changing the dais underwear once or twice a day. For example, before going to bed and in the morning.

If you have a heavy menstrual flow, you may need to change it during the day as well. You can tell it's time to change when the outer layer feels damp, as the underwear can no longer absorb any liquid.

These underwear absolutely do not feel like diapers - they are very thin and comfortable and look like your regular underwear. They do not make rustling noises and, thanks to the seamless design, do not show under your clothes when worn.

No, the multi-layer system quickly wicks moisture away from the body and securely stores it inside. If the underwear feels damp over time, it means it is full and should be changed.

In most cases, no. Our panties offer, depending on the model, up to 12 hours of protection. In case of very heavy bleeding or if you are trying period underwear for the first time and still feel unsure, an additional backup (e.g., a menstrual cup or tampon) can be helpful.

You can hardly feel any difference. The highly absorbent lining of the period underwear is only 2mm thin and always made of organic cotton. It is therefore nice and soft, comfortable, and above all breathable. Especially in the intimate area, the wider cut lining will give you a secure feeling and fit closely to the skin without irritating it. This way, you don’t have to worry about anything shifting, leaking, or the panty showing under your clothes.

Of course, it depends entirely on the strength and duration of your period. For starters, we recommend 3–5 panties. This way, you can wash them immediately after wearing and still have a fresh panty ready. If you feel comfortable with period underwear, you can increase the number as you like and save yourself a few wash cycles.

All materials are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning they have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for the body. In selected models, we also use organic cotton.

To responsibly offset the use of plastic, we collaborate with CleanHub: For every gram of plastic contained in our products, the same amount of plastic is removed from the environment and properly disposed of. This way, we take responsibility beyond the entire product lifecycle.

Our underwear is produced in Asia by carefully selected and regularly audited partners.

All production facilities meet high standards regarding quality, safety, and fairness.

Since most of our customers live in Europe, we are currently exploring how we can bring production closer to the European market in the long term.

The absorbent underwear from dais is based on a multi-layer technology that also uses plastic to absorb liquid, for example. This is the case with all period underwear brands. Together with the organization CleanHub, we as a brand have succeeded in neutralizing the use of plastic, making us the world's first plastic-neutral absorbent underwear brand! Through this initiative, dais is committed to collecting and recycling plastic waste, contributing to a cleaner environment and creating sustainable jobs.

Our goal is to collect 4800kg of plastic from the environment before it reaches our oceans.

No. these products contain neither biocides nor BPA (bisphenols) or PFAS (per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances).

We have thoroughly examined these substances and their possible negative effects on health and the environment and have consciously decided against them.

Our period underwear has been tested by an independent, accredited laboratory. No BPA or PFAS residues were detected.

Instead of chemical additives, we rely on safe materials, well-thought-out material combinations, and proven care instructions to keep your period underwear hygienically clean and maintain its function throughout its entire lifespan. Completely without biocidal additives.

BPA and PFAS are suspected of having hormonal effects and accumulating in the body and the environment over the long term. Especially for products with direct skin contact in the intimate area, it is particularly important to us to rely on tested materials.

Our period underwear can be reliably cleaned even without biocides. We recommend washing it at an environmentally friendly temperature of maximum 40 °C. Additionally, the following tips help to effectively remove bacteria and odors:

1. Use liquid detergent
   Liquid detergents dissolve better at low temperatures than powders and can thus fully develop their cleaning power.
2. Use laundry disinfectant if needed
   Modern detergents are very effective even at low temperatures. However, if you want to be absolutely sure that up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses are removed, you can use a commercially available laundry disinfectant. This is available at any drugstore and can simply be added to the wash cycle.
   Important: Please do not use detergents with bleach as they can damage the materials.
3. Vinegar as a natural alternative
   White vinegar (5%) is excellent for hygienic cleaning in everyday life. Simply add half a cup of vinegar to the machine wash – it helps neutralize odors and has antibacterial effects.

Depending on the model, the rest of the panty is made of high-quality blended fibers (e.g., cotton, viscose, elastane) that are breathable, skin-friendly, and durable.

Yes, all our period panties are vegan and we do not use any animal fibers such as wool.

Yes, all dais products are made from soft organic cotton that touches your intimate area. For the products Hipster, String, and Maternity underwear, the outer layer, meaning almost the entire underwear, is also made from organic cotton.
