Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period:
The period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Dais Group GmbH, Sendlinger Straรe 24, 80331 Munich, Germany, Email: info@dais-group.com, ย of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of returning them.

We provide a free return label for returns made within the withdrawal period.

If you return the goods at your own expense, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

Returns sent at your own expense will not be reimbursed.
Special Instructions for Menstrual Underwear
Menstrual underwear may only be tried on over clean, unworn underwear for the purposes of the withdrawal. Any use beyond this โ including wearing during menstruation or washing โ will result in refusal of the return or the application of reasonable compensation according to ยง 357 BGB.
Voluntary Return Policy (45 Days)
Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 45 days from receipt of the goods.

This voluntary return is a courtesy policy and does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately at info@dais-group.com so that we can investigate and provide a solution.
Exchange
Direct exchanges are not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method originally used. Please note that processing times may vary depending on banks or credit card providers.
