If you are not quite sure which size is right for you, feel free to use our size guide. If you would like to try on your dais product, that is absolutely no problem.

Please try them on over your regular underwear so that you can return them without any issues if the size does not fit.

We completely understand – sometimes you just change your mind!
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to cancel it.

If it is already on its way and doesn't fit, you can easily return it for free or exchange it for another model within 45 days.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To ensure your panties remain a reliable companion for a long time, proper care is quite simple:

1. Rinse by hand with cold water

Rinse your underwear by hand in cold water immediately after wearing; this makes it easy to remove blood and protects the fibers.

2. Machine wash at up to 40°

Wash your period underwear with your regular detergent at a maximum of 40 °C. This temperature cleans thoroughly without damaging the absorbent membrane, so your briefs stay absorbent for longer. For long-term absorbency, we recommend avoiding fabric softener.

Tip: Add a little laundry sanitizer from time to time to keep them fresh.

3. Hang to air dry

Please do not tumble dry. Heat can deform the material and impair the protective layer. Simply let the briefs air dry.

4. Ready for next use.

Once dry, your period underwear is ready to be worn again immediately.

Note: You should wash your panties once before using them for the first time.

We recommend changing your dais underwear once or twice a day. For example, before going to bed and in the morning.

If you have a heavy period, you may need to change them during the day as well. You will know it is time to change when the outer layer feels damp, as the underwear can no longer absorb any more fluid.

No, the multi-layer system quickly wicks moisture away from the body and safely stores it inside. If the underwear feels damp over time, it means it is full and should be changed.

You can hardly feel the difference. The multi-layer technology is only 1.5 mm thin. You can find the material composition of the membrane on the respective product page. It is lovely and soft, comfortable, and, above all, breathable. Especially in the intimate area, the wider lining will give you a sense of security and sit closely against your skin without irritating it. This way, you don't have to worry about anything slipping, leaking, or the panty showing through your clothes.

That naturally depends entirely on the heaviness and duration of your period. For starters, we recommend 3–5 pairs of panties. This allows you to wash them immediately after wearing and still have a fresh pair ready to go. Once you feel comfortable with period underwear, you can stock up as you please to save yourself a few laundry cycles.

When Eva and Grace founded the company, they developed the underwear to perfectly suit an active and busy lifestyle.

All of our period underwear is manufactured in the same production facility in China. This long-term partnership with a single manufacturer allows us to ensure consistent quality, clear responsibilities, and direct communication throughout the supply chain.

The production facility has been audited according to Sedex (SMETA) and amfori BSCI standards. These audits evaluate factors such as wages and working conditions.

All fabrics used are OEKO-TEX certified. They have therefore been independently tested for harmful substances and approved for direct skin contact.

In addition, we regularly visit the production facility in person to see the quality standards and working conditions for ourselves.

All dais briefs have a cotton-based inner fabric – meaning the area that comes into direct contact with the skin.

Depending on the model, the rest of the brief is made of high-quality blended fibers (e.g., cotton, viscose, elastane) that are breathable, skin-friendly, and durable.

All our period panties are vegan.

No. dais products contain neither biocides nor BPA (bisphenols) or PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances).

We have dealt extensively with these substances and their potential negative impacts on health and the environment, and have consciously decided against them.

Our period underwear has been tested by an independent, accredited laboratory. No BPA or PFAS residues were detected in this process.

Instead of chemical additives, we rely on safe materials, well-thought-out material combinations, and proven care instructions so that your period underwear remains hygienically clean and retains its function throughout its entire lifespan. Completely without biocidal additives.

BPA and PFAS are suspected of being endocrine disruptors and accumulating in the body and the environment over the long term. Especially for products with direct skin contact in the intimate area, it is particularly important to us to rely on tested materials.

Ja. Unsere Periodenunterwäsche trägt das Intertek Vegan Mark. Intertek ist ein unabhängiges Prüfinstitut. Es hat sich nicht auf unsere Angaben verlassen, sondern die Produkte im Labor getestet: auf tierische Fasern und auf tierische Bestandteile, die sich z. B. in Klebstoffen oder Farbstoffen verstecken können. Alle zertifizierten Produkte findest du im Intertek Vegan Mark Directory.

Wenn ein dais Produkt Bio-Baumwolle enthält, ist diese nach dem Organic Content Standard (OCS) zertifiziert. Der OCS stellt sicher, dass der Bio-Anteil über die Lieferkette nachverfolgt und von unabhängigen Stellen kontrolliert wird. Ob und wie viel Bio-Baumwolle in deinem Produkt steckt, siehst du in der Materialzusammensetzung auf der Produktseite und auf der Verpackung.

Ja. Unsere gesamte Periodenunterwäsche ist nach OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 zertifiziert. Das heißt: Jeder Bestandteil, vom Stoff über das Gummiband bis zum Nähgarn, wurde von einem unabhängigen Institut auf Schadstoffe geprüft. Gerade bei Unterwäsche, die du an sehr empfindlicher Haut trägst, ist uns das wichtig. Die Zertifikatsnummer findest du auf dem Etikett oder der Verpackung deines Produkts. Damit kannst du das Zertifikat im OEKO-TEX® Label Check prüfen.

Unsere Verpackungen aus Papier und Karton sind FSC®-zertifiziert. Das Siegel zeigt, dass das Papier aus FSC-zertifizierten Wäldern, Recyclingmaterial und/oder kontrollierten Quellen stammt. Den Lizenzcode findest du direkt neben dem FSC-Logo auf der Verpackung. Damit kannst du das Zertifikat in der FSC-Zertifikatsdatenbank nachschlagen.
