It depends entirely on the model you choose. Our period underwear has an absorbency equivalent to 1-5 tampons. That's actually the easiest way to explain it. Because who really knows how many ml of blood you lose during your period… But where our period underwear differs from tampons is that you don't have to change it multiple times a day; you can wear it for up to 12 hours. A real gamechanger, especially for the night.

After wearing, it is best to rinse your period underwear by hand until you can squeeze out clear water. Then you can simply wash it at 40°C together with other laundry. It is best to use laundry nets for your dais panties and avoid fabric softener to keep the fibers absorbent for a long time. And please do not put them in the dryer! Instead, hang them on the line and let them air dry so that you can enjoy your period underwear for as long as possible.

You can hardly feel any difference. The highly absorbent lining of the period underwear is only 2mm thin and always made of organic cotton. It is therefore nice and soft, comfortable, and above all breathable.
