Your Mission with Us

• You develop creative content for our internal social media channels and paid ads (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
  
• You help create new creative content formats that bring our brand and products to life.
  
• You produce editorial content — from copywriting and visual concepts to video material — and adapt it for different channels.
• You manage community engagement and act as the first touchpoint for our customers on social media.

What You Bring

• You are studying business, marketing, or communication sciences, or a comparable field (you do not necessarily need to be an enrolled student).
  
• Affinity for social media: You have experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  
• Eye for aesthetics: You have a good sense of visual composition and design and are familiar with the basics of photo and video editing.
  
• You are excited to appear in front of the camera and actively contribute to content creation.
  
• 
  You are confident using Canva and CapCut.
  
• Hands-on mentality: You take initiative, work in a solution-oriented way, and assume responsibility — even in a dynamic, growing environment.
  
• Team player: Collaboration and team spirit are important to you, and you enjoy building something together with others.
  
• Structured and efficient: You work in an organized manner, think ahead, and execute tasks in a focused and efficient way.
  
• Proactive with a positive attitude: You bring an open, motivated mindset and take ownership of topics independently.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset & ownership: You actively help move dais forward with your ideas, energy, and sense of responsibility. You don’t just want to manage tasks — you want to shape things and make a real impact.
  
• Fluent in German and English: You communicate confidently and professionally in both languages, both written and spoken.
