Terms and Conditions – Summer Giveaway x Joelle

Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is:
Dais Group GmbH Sendlinger Straße 24 80331 Munich Germany
The giveaway is being conducted in cooperation with Joelle Missler (@joelleskii).
The organizer and point of contact for the execution of the giveaway is
solely Dais Group GmbH.

Participation Period
The giveaway begins on 10.08.2026 and ends on 24.08.2026 at 11:59 PM.
Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in
Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate.
Employees of Dais Group GmbH and persons involved in the execution of the giveaway
are excluded from participation.

Prize
The following prize package will be raffled among all valid entries:
• Voyagoux Horizon carry-on suitcase in silver
• €100 dm voucher
• 3 Night Highwaist
• Joelle's personal summer favorites from dm
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

Participation
To participate in the giveaway, the following conditions must be met:
• Follow Dais' Instagram account @dais_periodenunterwäsche
• Follow Joelle's Instagram account @joelleskii
• Like the giveaway post
• Comment on the giveaway post where your next trip should go
Participation is free and not tied to the purchase of goods or services.

Additional Chance to Win
Participants can increase their chance of winning by purchasing a Night Highwaist
or lace briefs at dm during the participation period and sending the receipt to
gewinnspiel@dais-group.com.
For a valid proof of purchase, the participant will receive a total of three
raffle tickets instead of one. A maximum of one proof of purchase can be considered per person.
To assign the proof of purchase, the Instagram username
used to participate in the giveaway must be provided in the email. The email address
and Instagram username submitted as part of the giveaway will be
processed exclusively for the purpose of assigning the proof of purchase and conducting the
giveaway.

Winner Determination
The winner will be drawn by chance from all valid entries after the end of the giveaway.
Entries with additional proof of purchase will be considered according to the increased
number of tickets.

Notification
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within seven days after the end of the
giveaway. If the winner does not respond within five days of notification,
Dais Group GmbH reserves the right to draw a new person.
Shipping
The prize will be shipped exclusively within Germany, Austria, and
Switzerland.

Liability and Reservation
Dais Group GmbH reserves the right to adapt, suspend, or terminate the giveaway prematurely for important reasons
at any time.
Legal recourse is excluded.

Note on Instagram and TikTok
This giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram or TikTok and is neither
sponsored, supported, nor organized by Instagram or TikTok.
The sole recipient of the information provided by the participants is
Dais Group GmbH.

Data Protection
Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.
This includes, in particular, the processing of the Instagram profile data submitted during participation,
as well as - if proof of purchase is submitted - the email address and the information contained in the proof of purchase. If
necessary, this data will be compared to uniquely assign additional tickets to the participating person. After complete processing of the giveaway,
the data will be deleted, unless legal retention obligations exist.
