The competition will run from July 22, 2026, until July 31, 2026 (11:59 PM) inclusive.

Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 years or older residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate.

How to participate

1. Purchase a Night Highwaist from us at dm during the specified participation period.

1. Complete the participation form in full.

1. Send a photo/scan of your receipt, clearly showing the purchase of the Night Highwaist at dm (item, date, dm store), by email to gewinnspiel@dais-group.com.

1. Answer the competition question.

1. Provide your email address.

Participation in the competition requires the purchase of a Night Highwaist at dm. The purchase price of the product is not a participation fee – no costs beyond the participation fee (e.g., for filling out the form itself) will be incurred.

Only one entry per person and per submitted valid receipt is allowed. Multiple submissions of the same receipt, as well as multiple entries with different receipts, may lead to disqualification. Manipulated, illegible, or incomplete receipts will be excluded from participation.

Prize and Drawing

Among all valid entries, the winner will be drawn at random.

Prize: a dm voucher worth 150 €.

The winner will be notified by email after the competition has ended. If no response is received within 5 days, we reserve the right to draw a new person.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. The voucher will be sent or redeemed exclusively within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for important reasons.

The decision of the judges is final.

Data Protection

To participate in the competition, a valid email address and the submission of a receipt by email to gewinnspiel@dais-group.com are required.

The personal data collected as part of the competition (e.g., email address, name if applicable, receipt sent by email) will be used exclusively for the implementation and verification of participation in the competition (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Receipts will be used solely to verify eligibility and will be deleted after the competition concludes.

The winner will be contacted by email. For the processing of the voucher delivery, data may be passed on to a service provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Participants' data will be deleted after the complete execution of the competition, unless there are legal retention obligations.

Newsletter (voluntary consent)

If you have expressly given your consent, we will also use your email address for sending our newsletter (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Registration takes place via a double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration, you will receive an email in which you must confirm your registration. Only after this confirmation will your email address be added to our mailing list.

Consent to receive the newsletter is voluntary and does not affect participation in the competition.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g., via the unsubscribe link in each email.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to information about your data stored with us, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. You also have the right to data portability.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
