Terms and Conditions of Participation

The competition will run from August 3, 2026, to August 9, 2026 (11:59 PM) inclusive.

All natural persons aged 18 and over with a place of residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate.

The object of the competition is the raffle of 1x Ultrahuman Ring Air.

How to participate:

– Fill out the participation form completely

– Answer the competition question

– Provide your email address

Participation in the competition is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods or services.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may lead to disqualification.

Among all valid entries, the winner(s) will be drawn at random.

The winner(s) will be notified by email after the end of the competition. If no response is received within 5 days, we reserve the right to draw a new person.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

Shipping is only available within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for important reasons.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Data Protection

To participate in the competition, a valid email address is required.

The personal data collected during the competition (e.g., email address, name if applicable) will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

The winner(s) will be contacted by email. For the purpose of shipping, data may be passed on to a shipping service provider (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

The data of the participants will be deleted after the complete execution of the competition, unless there are legal retention obligations.

Newsletter (voluntary consent)

If you have explicitly consented, we will also use your email address for sending our newsletter (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

The registration is carried out using the double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration, you will receive an email in which you must confirm your registration. Only after this confirmation will your email address be added to our mailing list.

Consent to receive the newsletter is voluntary and has no influence on participation in the competition.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g., via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to information about your data stored by us, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. You also have the right to data portability.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
