Terms and Conditions of the "dais x nevernot" Sweepstakes
1. Organizer
The organizers of the "dais x nevernot" contest are Dais Group GmbH, Siegesstraรe, 80802 Munich and nevernot GmbH, Lausitzer Str. 9, 10999 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "Organizers").
2. Eligibility and Winner Selection
All persons aged at least 16 years who have their permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. The winners will be selected randomly from all participants.
3. Participation
Participation in the contest takes place by scanning the QR code on the flyers, which are available during the "dm x nevernot" display campaign in dm stores, and registering with name and email address. A prerequisite for participation is consent to receive newsletters from both organizers (Dais Group GmbH, Siegesstraรe, 80802 Munich and nevernot GmbH, Lausitzer Str. 9, 10999 Berlin). This consent can be revoked at any time.
Each participant can only enter the contest once.
4. Participation Period and Prizes
The contest runs until 23.06.2023, 11:59 PM.
Prizes to be won:
- dm drugstore vouchers worth a total of โฌ1000.
- Brand packages from the brands dais and nevernot
No cash payment of the prizes will be made.
The winners will be informed of their prize by email from the organizer after the participation period ends. They must then provide complete contact details (name, postal address in Germany). If this is not done within 1 week, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner and reassign the prize. The prizes will then be sent by post within Germany to the specified postal address.
5. Data Protection
The additional data sent (postal address) of the winners will be deleted four weeks after the submission deadline.
The data will not be passed on to third-party providers or service providers.
Registration for our newsletters takes place via a so-called double opt-in procedure. That means you will receive an email after registration asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary to ensure that no one can register with someone else's email address. When registering for the newsletter, the user's IP address as well as the date and time of registration are stored. This serves to prevent misuse of the services or the email address of the person concerned. No data will be passed on to third parties. An exception exists if there is a legal obligation to disclose data. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The newsletter subscription can be canceled by the person concerned at any time. Likewise, consent to the storage of personal data can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter. The legal basis for processing the data after registration for the newsletter by the user is, if the user has given consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. The legal basis for sending the newsletter as a result of the sale of goods or services is ยง 7 para. 3 UWG.
7. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
This contest is not connected to dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG.
The recipient of the information provided by the user is not dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co KG., but the organizer. Participants release dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG from any liability arising from claims related to the conduct of the contest. All questions, comments, or complaints about the contest should be directed directly to the organizer and not to dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG.
