Terms and Conditions of the dais x ylumi Sweepstakes

1. Organizer
The organizers of the “dais x YLUMI” contest are Dais Group GmbH, Siegesstraße, 80802 Munich and YLUMI UG (limited liability)
Lychener Str. 41, 10437 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility and Winner Selection
All persons aged at least 16 years who have their permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. The winners will be selected randomly from all participants.

3. Participation
Participation in the contest takes place by the participant filling out the link via the newsletter and registering with their name and email address. A prerequisite for participation is consent to receive newsletters from both organizers (Dais Group GmbH, Siegesstraße, 80802 Munich and YLUMI UG (limited liability) Lychener Str. 41, 10437 Berlin ). This consent can be revoked at any time.
Each participant can only participate once in the contest.

4. Participation Period and Prizes
The contest runs until 23.09.2024, 11:59 PM.

Prizes to be won:

- YLUMI Beautiful Age Capsules

- dais Period Underwear
No cash payment of the prizes will be made.
The winners will be informed of their win by an email from the organizer after the participation period has ended. They must then provide complete contact details (name, postal address in Germany). If this is not done within 1 week, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner and reassign the prize. The prizes will then be sent by post within Germany to the specified postal address.

5. Data Protection
The additional data sent (postal address) of the winners will be deleted four weeks after the submission deadline.
The data will not be passed on to third-party providers or service providers.

Registration for our newsletters takes place via a so-called double opt-in procedure. That means you will receive an email after registration asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary to ensure that no one can register with someone else’s email address. When registering for the newsletter, the user’s IP address as well as the date and time of registration are stored. This serves to prevent misuse of the services or the email address of the person concerned. No data will be passed on to third parties. An exception exists if there is a legal obligation to disclose data. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The subscription to the newsletter can be canceled by the person concerned at any time. Likewise, consent to the storage of personal data can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter. The legal basis for processing the data after registration for the newsletter by the user is, if the user has given consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. The legal basis for sending the newsletter as a result of the sale of goods or services is § 7 para. 3 UWG.

7. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

The recipient of the information provided by the user is the organizer. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed directly to the organizer.
