Terms and Conditions of the "Müller Golden Ticket" Sweepstakes

1. Organizer
   Organizers of the "Müller Golden Ticket" contest are Dais Group GmbH, Siegesstraße, 80802 Munich and nevernot GmbH, Lausitzer Str. 9, 10999 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").
   
   2. Eligibility and Winner Selection
   Eligible to participate are all persons aged at least 16 years who have their permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany. The winners will be selected randomly from all participants.
   
   3. Participation
   Participation in the contest takes place by purchasing products of Dais Group GmbH in Müller drugstore branches in Germany. If the participant finds a "Golden Ticket" in their product, there are instructions on the back on how to redeem their prize. 
   Each participant can purchase as many products as they like and thus increase their chances of participating in the contest.
   
   4. Participation Period and Prizes
   The contest runs until 31.07.2023, 11:59 PM.
   
   Prizes to be won:

•  Müller vouchers worth a total of €800.
• Brand packages of the brand dais
• 2 great kitchen appliances

No cash payment of the prizes will be made.
The winners must submit a photo of their receipt and the number on their "Golden Ticket" by email. 
The winner will then be informed by email which of the specified prizes he/she will receive. For material prizes, the complete contact details (name, postal address in Germany) must then be provided. The prizes will then be sent by post within Germany to the specified postal address.

5. Data Protection
The additionally sent data (postal address) of the winners will be deleted four weeks after the submission deadline.
The data will not be passed on to third-party providers or service providers.

6. Final Provisions
German law applies.
This contest is not connected to Müller Handels GmbH & Co- KG. The recipient of the information provided by the user is not Müller Handels GmbH & Co- KG, but the organizer. The participants release Müller Handels GmbH & Co- KG from any liability arising from claims related to the conduct of the contest. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed directly to the organizer and not to Müller Handels GmbH & Co- KG.
