Your Mission at dais

• You actively support the planning and execution of our retail marketing activities, ranging from online initiatives to printed materials.
  
• You create monthly reports using our partner portals and analyze sales performance and trends for our team.
  
• You develop creative ideas for our internal social media channels on Instagram and TikTok to communicate our products and retail partners.
  
• You manage and support our retail influencers — from briefing to evaluation — and take responsibility for these collaborations.
  
• You help create presentations and concepts for new product launches in retail.
  
• You are part of the market research team and are not afraid of trend analyses, surveys, and in-depth interviews.
  

What You Bring

• You are studying business or communication sciences with a focus on marketing or a comparable field (a degree is not strictly required for an internship).
  
• Affinity for social media: You have experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and can edit photos and videos.
  
• Eye for aesthetics: You have a strong sense of image composition and design.
  
• Analytical skills: Numbers don’t intimidate you — you recognize correlations and understand their meaning.
  
• Tools: You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel, as well as Canva and CapCut.
  
• Hands-on mentality: You get involved, work in a solution-oriented way, and take responsibility, even in a dynamic, growing environment.
  
• Team player: Collaboration and team spirit are important to you, and you enjoy building something together with others.
  
• Structured and efficient: You work in an organized way, think ahead, and complete tasks in a focused and efficient manner.
  
• Proactive with a positive attitude: You bring an open, motivated mindset and approach tasks independently.
