What you bring:

• Experience and Expertise: You are a generalist and have initial experience in operations. You have already had initial contact with supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics management and are interested in developing and managing efficient processes.
• Analytical Thinking & Controlling Skills: Numbers are your world – especially in operations. You can not only read data but also draw strategic conclusions from it.
• Strong Communication Skills: Your communication and negotiation skills are essential for collaborating with our external partners. You know how to cultivate partnerships at eye level.
• Hands-on Mentality: You enjoy tackling things yourself and have the passion to make operational processes more efficient and successful.
• MS-Office: You have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English to be well-connected internationally.
