Yes, all of dais underwear and pads contain organic cotton on the layer which comes in contact with the imtimate areas. Our Hipster Period Underwear, Maternity Underwear, Daily Thong and Washable Pad additionally have an organic cotton outer layer.

No problem at all, we will even provide you with a free shipping label- so long as you only tried them on with underwear underneath, and have not used or washed them. Just send us an email at info@dais-group.com with your order information and we will send you your free shiping label. We will refund your items once we receive it and confirm it is in good condition. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs.

We do not use biocides or metals in any of our absorbent underwear or pads. We have experience of working with biocides in the past and so became aware of potential adverse consequences of using them. We therefore recommend some alternatives which we are more comfortable using to keep our products clean and maintain their condition over their lifetime.

We recommend for you to have 3-6 dais washable pads at a time. This way, whist your worn pads are washing and drying, you have enough spares to get you through your period. If you are a big traveller, you might want even more to get you through a whole trip without a washing machine.

We recommend to change your dais washable pad once to twice per day. For example, before bed and in the morning when you wake up. If you have a heavy flow, you might need to change mid way through the day too. You will know when to change them as it will start to feel wet on the outer layer as the pad is unable to absorb more liquid.
