How to measure your waist circumference?
1. Stand up straight and exhale.
2. Wrap a tape measure around your waist (narrowest part of the waist).
3. Hold tape measure flat against body, not too tight, and take reading.
How to measure your hip circumference?
1. Stand up straight.
2. Wrap a tape measure just above your hip bones (widest part of the buttocks).
3. Hold tape measure flat against body, not too tight, and take reading.
How To Wash
Step 1: Rinse With Cold Water
Cold water allows the blood to be released and not to stain in the textile.
Step 2: Machine wash up to 40°C
Use your standard detergent. If you want, add a laundry disinfectant.
Step 3: Air dry
Do not tumble dry as it can cause both the underwear and the layers inside to shrink and misform.
Step 4: Reuse, repeat & leave the world a little better
Take that step away from one time use period products.
