We recommend using the daily if you have a light period, or on the lightest days at the end of your period. You can also use them as a protection for the days leading up to your period, to ensure you are protected in case you start bleeding, and then you can change into the period underwear at your convenience. If your period is normal or heavier, we recommend using our Period Underwear as they have a higher absorbency. 

The daily underwear can also be used for period spotting, for discharge and for sweat. They replace one-time-use panty liners as a more sustainable, reusable solution. 

Yes, all of dais underwear contain organic cotton on the layer which comes in contact with the imtimate areas. The Thong Daily Underwear is also organic cotton based.

No problem at all, we will even provide you with a free shipping label- so long as you only tried them on with underwear underneath, and have not used or washed them. Just send us an email at info@dais-group.com with your order information and we will send you your free shiping label. We will refund your items once we receive it and confirm it is in good condition. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs.

We do not use biocides or metals in any of our absorbent underwear. We have experience of working with biocides in the past and so became aware of potential adverse consequences of using them. We therefore recommend some alternatives which we are more comfortable using to keep our underwear clean and maintain their condition over their lifetime.

We recommend for you to have 4-6 pairs of dais underwear at a time. This way, whist your worn pairs are washing and drying, you have enough spares to get you through your period or wear daily as a replacement for a panty liner. If you are a big traveller, you might want even more to get you through a whole trip without a washing machine.
