Inside Gel: Purified Water, Glycerin, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose

To Heat:
1. Boil water in the kettle or on the hob and pour into a bowl.
2. Place the pack into the hot water and leave for 2-3 minutes.
3. Carefully remove from the water and wrap in a small towel or cloth.
4. Place on the area that is in pain or simply where you want to be warmed up.5. Reuse hot or cold whenever you require.

To Cool:
1. Place in fridge or freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
2. Take out and wrap in a small towel or cloth.
3. Apply to skin where you are experiencing inflammation or pain to sooth.

4. Reuse hot or cold whenever you require.
